20k is here!

Wow, I cant actually believe that I am at 20k words! Since this is the first book that I have actually written I thought I would be quitting around...err...400 but I was wrong. Right now I could just about leap for joy and...in fact I will one second *walks away from computer and leaps into the air shouting his excitement of reaching 20k*
Ok, now that that is done I will get back to the topic of my book. Even though I still have 29962 words left to write I am not yet discouraged...yet. I don't know if it is the fact that I just don't want to do my school or if it is the pressure that I am under to finish it but it sure has me on my toes for writing. Today (November 12) I wrote around 3138 words in all of my free time (which was about four hours). Anyway, I cant spend to much more time blabbing my mouth and brains out cauz I am going to need both of them (one for writing and the other for an excuse for not getting lot's of school done).

Hmm, you said you were doing school! I guess I will have to keep a closer eye on you.

Work for HIM and give all the glory to the one who gifted you and you cannot go wrong, but remember....Ephesians 6:1-3 Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. "Honor your father and mother"--which is the first commandment with a promise--"that it may go well with you and that you may enjoy long life on the earth."

In Him, mom,

@ Squeaks,

Thanks sis!

@ The Director,

Well, it wasn't my pen finger that was aching yesterday, it was all of them as I was typing. :)

@ Child of God,

You always see through my pitiful disguises for writing...:(

@All,

I just wanted to let you know that there is a small excerpt from my book on the above page 'ITML' and my writing history. It is an extremely rough copy so don't laugh.

I love that excerpt, SOTK. It's really good. I especially love the names of the dragons ;) Good going!
